Pavilion"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Year: 2013<br \/>\nClient: Private residence<br \/>\nLocation: Wahroonga, NSW<\/p>\n<p>JPA&amp;D, in conjunction with Ross Thornton Architect, were commissioned to design a guest pavilion located on a block of land neighbouring the client\u2019s family home.<br \/>\nThe new pavilion is sited to overlook the swimming pool and is surrounded by generous landscaped gardens, linked to the grounds of the family home by a set of sandstone stairs.<br \/>\nThe external terrace of the pavilion, contained by a low level stone wall, provides a solid base to the architectural composition which is then countered by the cantilever of the bedroom, allowing the gardens to continue under the north end of the pavilion.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\"
