Completed in early 2004, this project involved the conversion of a run-down motor vehicle facility into a new Volkswagen retail outlet for Barloworld Australia.

The existing building was stripped back to its structural frame & completely refurbished with a new roof, shopfront glazing, landscaping & internal fitout.
